A Family Tradition Since 1988
Since opening our doors in April of 1988, our restaurant has stood as a true family-owned and operated cornerstone of the community. This location was founded by friends Anthony Gralto, Dominic Gregorio, and Antonio Castelli, our story began with a shared dream—to bring authentic, heartfelt Italian cuisine to our neighbors and friends.
Born and raised in Elmont, New York, with roots tracing back to Sicily, Executive Chef Antonio Castelli has led our kitchen from day one. His culinary journey began at just 13 years old, working in some of New York’s most prestigious kitchens before starting his own. Antonio’s dedication and unmatched attention to detail have made him a beloved fixture in the community for nearly four decades. Every dish he prepares reflects his passion, craftsmanship, and the love he brings to his guests—always treating them like family.

In 2008, Antonio’s son, Vincenzo, joined the family business, bringing a new generation of energy and expertise. A graduate of the Jack Welch College of Business at Sacred Heart University, Vincenzo holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He is also a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and an honors graduate of the Italian Trade Commission’s Italian Wine Program. Together, Antonio and Vincenzo form a dynamic father-son team, blending tradition with innovation to create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
